Accelerated BSN in Nursing

Student Health Insurance & Waiver Policy
Connecticut state regulations and University policy require all full-time undergraduate students, residential students, and international students to maintain adequate health insurance.
Annual Health Insurance Plan
Eligible students are automatically billed for the university-sponsored Student Health Insurance Plan administered through Gallagher Student Health. The annual premium for the 2026–2027 policy year is $2,450 (coverage August 15, 2026 through August 14, 2027).
How to Waive Out:
If you already have comparable coverage through a private U.S.-based health plan, you must complete the online waiver form before the September 15 deadline to remove the charge from your student account.
