Submit your free application
Complete either the UB application or the Common Application. There is never an application fee for undergraduate or graduate study.
Send transcripts and records
Submit official transcripts from your high school or previous colleges. Standardized test scores (SAT/ACT) are optional for undergraduate applicants.
Track your status online
Log in to your personalized Applicant Status Portal to confirm document receipt, track review progress, and view your admission decision.
Application deadlines and required materials
Admissions operates on a rolling basis for most programs. Submit your application early for priority scholarship review.
Fall Semester Deadlines
Priority deadline is January 1 for maximum scholarship consideration. Regular rolling admissions continue through August 1.
