Coursework is designed to ensure that graduates understand how student affairs administrators and leaders directly contribute to the social development, academic success, and overall well-being of the whole person. This program is 34 credit hours and may be completed on a full-time or part-time basis.

With applicability extending beyond higher education, the SAAL program also equips you with the skills needed to excel in business or nonprofit organizations.

Academic and student success advisement manager, academic support services and resources center director, career specialist covering career planning, lifelong career development and career assessment, and student financial aid advisor or specialist.
